Floral Subscription Terms

Sunshine Flowers Studio is operated by Sunshine Flowers LLC, a California limited liability company (“Sunshine Flowers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Floral Subscription Terms apply to recurring floral subscriptions offered through Sunshine Flowers Studio.
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these Floral Subscription Terms and authorize recurring charges in accordance with the subscription terms presented to you before purchase.
SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS
Available subscription frequencies may include:
• Weekly
• Every 2 Weeks
• Monthly
• Custom schedules, where offered
The applicable floral selection, price, billing frequency, delivery frequency, delivery charges, taxes, discounts, and other material subscription terms will be presented before enrollment.
Available subscription options may vary by product, delivery location, and availability.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL & RECURRING CHARGES
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions continue automatically according to the selected billing frequency until cancelled.
Before enrollment is completed, the applicable recurring price, billing frequency, and material automatic-renewal or continuous-service terms will be presented to the customer.
By providing express affirmative consent and completing enrollment, you authorize the selected payment method to be charged automatically for recurring subscription orders until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated.
Recurring charges may include:
• Floral products
• Applicable delivery charges
• Applicable taxes
The applicable amount or method for determining the amount will be disclosed before enrollment.
SUBSCRIPTION CONFIRMATION
After enrollment, we will provide an acknowledgment of the subscription containing or providing access to the material subscription terms and information explaining how to cancel.
Please retain this information for your records.
DELIVERY
Subscription deliveries are subject to our Delivery Policy.
Delivery availability, charges, and timing may depend on the delivery location, selected frequency, order size, and other applicable delivery requirements.
Where multiple subscription arrangements are scheduled for the same address, deliveries may be coordinated where appropriate.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Where a customer account is provided, customers may use it to view or manage eligible subscription information.
Available account features may include management of:
• Delivery information
• Payment information
• Delivery frequency
• Eligible subscription selections
• Cancellation
The availability of individual account features may depend on the subscription and website functionality.
CHANGES TO A SUBSCRIPTION
Where available, customers may request eligible subscription changes through their customer account or Client Care.
Requested changes may include:
• Delivery address
• Payment method
• Delivery frequency
• Eligible subscription selections
Changes should be submitted before the next recurring order enters processing or floral preparation.
Changes requested after an order has entered processing may apply beginning with the following subscription cycle.
CANCELLATION
Subscriptions may be cancelled before future recurring charges in accordance with the cancellation options provided at enrollment.
Customers who enroll online will be provided with an online method to cancel their subscription.
Cancellation will not be intentionally obstructed or delayed through unnecessary steps.
Where applicable, customers may also request cancellation through another cancellation method provided by Sunshine Flowers.
Cancellation applies to future subscription renewals and recurring orders.
An order that has already been charged and entered sourcing, preparation, arrangement, or fulfillment before cancellation takes effect may still be completed and delivered, subject to applicable law and our Client Care & Floral Guarantee.
RENEWAL REMINDERS
We will provide subscription renewal notices or reminders where required by applicable law.
Where required, these communications may include information regarding the subscription, recurring charge amount or range, billing frequency, renewal terms, and available cancellation methods.
Applicable annual subscription reminders will also be provided as required by law.
PRICE CHANGES
If the recurring price of a subscription changes, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.
The notice will identify the applicable change and provide information regarding cancellation.
We will obtain any consent required by applicable law before implementing a change that requires additional customer authorization.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, we may attempt to process the payment again where permitted or request that the customer update the payment method.
A subscription order or delivery may be delayed, paused, or not prepared until payment has been successfully completed.
We will not intentionally continue fulfillment of unpaid recurring orders where payment authorization is required.
FLORAL AVAILABILITY & DESIGN
Subscription arrangements are individually designed and may vary from delivery to delivery based on seasonality, floral availability, and market conditions.
Unless a specific floral variety or design has been expressly guaranteed, individual flowers, colors, vessels, and composition may vary.
Our designers may make thoughtful substitutions using materials of equal or greater quality and value while preserving the intended style, palette, scale, and overall character of the subscription selected.
Each delivery is intended to reflect the design standard and value of the applicable subscription rather than reproduce an identical arrangement each time.
PAUSING OR SKIPPING DELIVERIES
Where offered through the applicable subscription, customers may be able to pause or skip eligible upcoming deliveries.
A pause or skip request must be submitted before the applicable order enters processing or floral preparation.
Availability and timing requirements for pauses or skipped deliveries may vary by subscription.
CLIENT CARE & REFUNDS
Quality concerns, floral issues, failed deliveries, and refund requests are subject to our Client Care & Floral Guarantee.
Delivery-related matters are also subject to our Delivery Policy.
Nothing in these Floral Subscription Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Floral Subscription Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, or applicable requirements.
Changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated when and to the extent required by applicable law.
